Operations Hub Administration Assistant


We have an exciting vacancy for an Operations Hub Administration Assistant to join our friendly, hard-working Operations Team in Bristol. We are looking for a friendly, motivated, and reliable individual with a good eye for detail and a flexible approach to their work. Previous administration experience will be an advantage, although we are happy to train the right candidate. A good standard of numeracy & literacy is also essential. You will need to be able to work under pressure and to deadlines, be able to work independently, have a positive attitude and show self-motivation and good communication skills.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the Operations Manager and Hub Supervisor
  • Processing the paperwork for goods in and out
  • Receiving goods to the Sage 200 system
  • Liaising with Suppliers
  • Contacting Customers to confirm deliveries
  • Reception – Answering Customer calls in
  • Help with the dispatch of flooring samples
  • Entering Supplier bills
  • Printing and filing
  • General office duties
