Employee of the Year 2023

We’re pleased to announce the winners of Chaunceys’ annual Employee of the Year Awards.

There are three awards up for grabs each year and winners are given a generous prize of vouchers and a bonus holiday allowance. Each team member casts votes for their top three colleagues they feel are most deserving: employees who continually work hard and show dedication to their role, their team, and the wider business.

This year’s winner was Alicia Wilson, Chaunceys’ Operations and Admin Assistant, who has been pivotal in keeping the production operation and admin hub running smoothly this year.

Second place went to Nina Parsons from our Customer Service Team, and joint third place went to Kim Parsons, our Admin and Hub Supervisor, and Martin Davis from our Production Team.

Holding these awards is really important to us as they are a chance for every Chaunceys employee to give recognition to their colleagues. None of what we do would be possible without each and every member of our team. And we are so fortunate to have a team of individuals who care about the high quality of their work, and who invest their time and energy into learning and improving their skills.
