tiger oak

Tiger oak, as the name suggests is stripey in character. This stunning colour variation naturally occurs by the merging of the developing brown oak from the centre of the trunk into the surrounding honey coloured oak. Tiger oak colouration occurs naturally and requires far fewer processes to enhance its ingrained beauty making it an obvious choice for the more eco-conscious, dark board lover.

We buy the highest quality logs when and where they are available, which produce batches in varying widths and lengths.
