Jojo Barr of House Nine Design transformed the guesthouse at her own Buckinghamshire home into a playful, elegant retreat for family and guests. For the bedroom and loft, Jojo turned to Chaunceys — working closely with us to design Burnt Toast: a dark and characterful textured oak floor for her own space, and now a go-to option she offers her clients.
We supplied the floor along with colour-matched stairs leading up to the loft room, tying the two spaces together. Underfoot, the floor adds natural charm that complements the room’s timeless yet whimsical décor, anchoring the space with a touch of drama. As always, every detail is considered.
