Regency Grey dark aged oak flooring in colourful period home kitchen project

This period home kitchen in Sevenoaks, Kent, is full of colour and personality. Our mixed-width Regency® Grey Tectonic® oak planks contrast with gentle pink décor and the vibrant yellow of this kitchen island. SGS Design selected this dark aged oak floor to ground the space and honour the property’s history.

Whilst it looks like reclaimed flooring, our Regency® Tectonic® oak is engineered for performance, meaning it is structurally stable, straightforward to lay, and compatible with underfloor heating.

Regency® Grey

Our Regency® Grey oak flooring has been described as indistinguishable from genuine reclaimed oak planks. A complex mixture of treatments creates a board with the appearance of a 100-year-old floor, offering rich browns, smoky grey undertones, and a distressed texture. Regency® Tectonic® oak boards combine this authentic aged look with all the advantages of modern engineered wood flooring. Fixed-length planks possible on request depending on available stocks. Solid oak Regency® flooring planks are also available upon request.
