This uplifting contemporary space is gently warmed by the pink tones of our Dream White Douglas Fir planks. The charming mews house in North London’s Belsize Park Conservation Area was lovingly renovated by Trewhela Williams, converting its disused garage space into an uncluttered sanctuary. The project was shortlisted for 2023’s AJ Retrofit Award and won the NLA’s ‘Don’t Move, Improve!’ 2023 Transformation Prize.
Our engineered Douglas Fir planks bring the calming influence of natural wood while complementing the home’s minimalist aesthetic. Leading through the ground floor and connecting the interior to a serene courtyard at the rear of the property, this beautiful wide-plank flooring was an excellent choice, maximising the sense of space.
