Returns Policy

Our policy for wood flooring returns

We don’t like waste. When you purchase a stock item floor from us, if you order too much, we are happy for you to return what you do not use to us. Our Returns Policy requires that boards are returned within one month of receipt by you, and be in the same condition as when they left us. If packaged in packs, please keep packaging intact. Minimum return is 1m2.

Please note, if you wish to return goods, there will be a 20% restocking charge unless the goods are faulty.

If your goods are damaged upon delivery, please mark ‘damaged’ on the driver’s delivery receipt, keep the box and packing and get in touch as soon as possible.
