Our Returns Policy
We don’t like waste. If you have leftover unfinished flooring from us, we are happy for you to return what you do not use, subject to a 25% re-stocking fee. Returns of pre-finished and bespoke flooring items are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are subject to a higher handling fee. Terms and conditions apply.
