Our Returns Policy

As the majority of our products are manufactured, finished or prepared to order, goods may only be accepted for return at Chaunceys’ sole discretion.

Where a return is authorised, Chaunceys reserves the right to apply a restocking and handling charge of up to 75% of the value of the goods as a restocking, handling and administration charge, together with any associated transport costs.

This does not affect your statutory rights in respect of defective goods.
