We know how difficult it can be to decide which finishes you like from just looking at photos on a website. That is why we offer free samples to all our clients. With so many options to choose from including different colours, wood species, textures and grades – seeing and handling a physical sample will help ensure you find your perfect floor.
How to Order Your Free Samples
Simply browse through our huge range of finishes and add your favourites to your basket. You can order up to 4 samples online, but if you need more get in touch with our Customer Services team who will be happy to organise this for you.

What Happens Next?
After submitting your sample request online, someone from our Customer Services team will try to get in touch with you on the same day, or the next working day if the request comes through in the evening or on a weekend.
Once we have spoken with you to confirm your requirements, we will strive to send out your samples the same day (when ordered before 2.30pm). Typically, we send our samples out via Royal Mail 1st Class post, and you should receive them within 1-2 days (depending on Royal Mail’s current delivery standards.)
Need you samples urgently?
If you need the samples urgently for a meeting, let our Customer Services team know and they can arrange for your samples to be sent via our next-day courier service (or even a pre-12, or pre-10.30am service where possible).
You can order up to 4 samples via our website. However, if you need more then please contact our Customer Services team who will be happy to send you more if required.
Our Customer Services team will be in touch a couple of days after sending out your samples to check you have received them and find out what you think.
However, if you’re wondering where your samples are and haven’t yet heard from us, please do get in touch so we can investigate and arrange to send some more if necessary.
If you need the samples urgently, perhaps you have a last-minute customer meeting, let our Customer Services team know and we will do our best to get them to you as quickly as possible.
