Charlotte Barlow

Charlotte has been with Chaunceys since 2010 and is now Contracts Supervisor, overseeing the installation phase of our projects. She is responsible for organising our busy fitting schedule, and liaising between our fitters, the sales team, and the client, relying on her strong communication and organisation skills to help overcome any obstacles as a team.

“Whilst it can add extra work and pressure when goal posts are moved or we arrive to a site that’s not in the state we are expecting, it’s always worth the effort when the result exceeds expectations. I love it when the clients tell me how happy they are with their new floor.”
