• Natural Timber Variations: Every timber floor is unique. Variations in colour, grain, texture and sheen are natural characteristics of wood and should be expected. Samples and photographs are provided as a guide only.
  
• Quotations & Orders: Quotes are based on the information provided and are subject to confirmation when an order is placed.
  
• Payments: Deposits are required before production or procurement begins. Full payment terms vary depending on whether your order is supply only or supply and installation.
  
• Delivery: Flooring should be inspected on delivery and before installation. Delivery dates are estimates and may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control.
  
• Installation Requirements: For fitted projects, installation areas must be ready, accessible and environmentally suitable before work commences.
  
• Timber Flooring Care: Wood floors respond naturally to changes in temperature and humidity. Maintaining suitable environmental conditions is essential for long-term performance.
  
• Complaints & Claims: Any concerns regarding goods or installation should be reported promptly and in writing so that we can investigate and resolve them effectively.
