Clean and Green: Solar-Energy-Powered Production & Reforestation
Using renewable energy to power our production is an important part of our sustainability efforts.
We are also partnered with Ecologi, and we support local reforestation initiatives such as the Forest of Avon Trust.
After submitting your sample request online, someone from our Customer Services team will try to get in touch with you on the same day, or the next working day if the request comes through in the evening or on a weekend.
Once we have spoken with you to confirm your requirements, we will strive to send out your samples the same day (when ordered before 2.30pm).
Typically, we send our samples out via Royal Mail 1st Class post, and you should receive them within 1-2 days (depending on Royal Mail’s current delivery standards).
Need your samples urgently?
If you need the samples urgently for a meeting, let our Customer Services team know, and they can arrange for your samples to be sent via our next-day courier service (or even a pre-12, or pre-10.30am service where possible).

Yes, of course. Every floor is finished to order by our in-house finishing experts, giving us complete control over every finish, including tone, texture and sheen level. We have extensive experience in creating bespoke finishes and colour-matching floors to achieve the perfect look for your wood flooring.
Stocked lines are fast, with our standard 3-week lead times in place. Lead times for installation, bespoke finishes and non-stocked special order items will depend on the supply and scope.
